Is it too late to learn?
Never. Our members start at every age, including in their nineties. Lessons go one small step at a time.
Will I break my phone by pressing the wrong thing?
Almost certainly not. Most things can be undone with the back arrow or by closing the app.
Do you ever ask for passwords?
Never. No lesson, email or Tech Helper message will ask for a password, PIN or one-time code.
Which devices do the lessons cover?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows laptops and Macs.
Can my family help me?
Yes. Family can sit with you, gift a membership and follow the same lessons.
